Collins Pets is a family owned and operate business. The store was created out of our love for animals. We currently have two miniature schnauzers and one boxer. Our dogs are like family and we like for them to have the best products availabe. All products that are on our website are approved by our family.

Shipping Information:
Orders that are placed by 12:00 p.m. are normally processed the same day. We do our best to have all items shipped within 1 day of your order being placed. Some items require more time based on size and handling obligations.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
All items can be returned for a full refund less a 25% restocking fee.
To receive a refund, the buyer must notify us within 3 days of receiving the item of his/her intent to return it and must ship it back to us within 7 days.
